Tyree Black

About

Hi! my name is Tyree Black, a senior undergraduate student majoring in Computer Technology with a track in Web Services at Bowie State University. I have a strong interest in front-end development, responsive design, and creating user-friendly web experiences. I’ve built and deployed multiple HTML-based sites using inline CSS and developed a personal portfolio to showcase my work.

Career Goals: In the next 3 to 5 years, I aim to establish myself as a Cybersecurity Analyst, working in a Security Operations Center (SOC) environment where I can actively contribute to threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management. I plan to continue building hands-on experience with SIEM tools, malware analysis, and network security, while also pursuing advanced certifications such as CompTIA PenTest+ or CISSP. My goal is to grow into a role where I can not only strengthen organizational security but also mentor others entering the field.
